After completing a comprehensive general safety training, associates must achieve a passing score on our proprietary safety test.
Following USCIS requirements, we verify the identity and employment authorization of each candidate.
Our clients can rest assured that background checks run on their behalf will be quick, complete, and affordable. We partner with industry-leading background check providers that return county-level “court runner” results in hours instead of days. Our team has a solid understanding of electronic court records systems, criminal databases, and coverage in our local area.
Connect Staffing provides several options for drug screening, including clinic-based and in-house tests. Our in-house swab test can screen for up to 10 substances and can be completed within minutes. We use software to evaluate the test kits and generate reports, eliminating human bias and providing results our clients can rely on.
Physical exams and ability testing can be important for positions that require heavy physical labor. These exams are worth the investment, especially for clients who are looking for permanent hires.
Some skills need to be verified with more than an interview. Connect Staffing administers basic math and measurement tests for many positions based on job specific duties. For some skilled trade and professional positions that require specialized skill sets, we use computerized assessments to ensure a candidate can walk the walk.
